* Conduct in-depth interviews with candidates, assess their technical skills and cultural fit.
* Supervise and support a team of sourcers, ensuring careful follow-up and fostering their professional development.
* Manage the entire recruitment process from preselection to offer negotiation.
* Cultivate strong relationships with clients and candidates, acting as a trusted partner.
* Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate a team, fostering a collaborative and inclusive work environment.
* Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with a strong sense of customer service.
* Fluency in French and English, German would be an additional advantage.
* Results-oriented, proactive, and capable of working effectively in a dynamic and multicultural environment.
