ROA Talent is partnering with a leading international construction contractor delivering hyperscale data centres and mission‑critical projects across Europe. With a major pipeline of new work secured, we’re hiring Construction Managers / Site Managers (CSA & MEP) for projects in Belgium.

The Role
You will manage daily site operations and ensure safe, high‑quality, on‑programme delivery of large‑scale data centre construction packages. xphnsxz
You may lead either:
* CSA – Civil, Structural & Architectural
* MEP – Mechanical, Electrical & Plumbing / Process
Key Responsibilities
* Lead and coordinate daily on‑site operations (CSA or MEP)
* Manage subcontractors, suppliers and internal teams
* Ensure full HSE compliance and a strong safety culture
* Monitor programme, productivity and progress, resolving risks early
* Oversee quality control, inspections and documentation
* Attend and lead coordination meetings (client, design, internal)
* Support commissioning and handover for your package
* Maintain accurate site records and reporting
