What You'll Do:
1. Ensure alignment with the overall supply chain strategy and define supply chain vision, goals, and objectives.
2. Translate S&OP into S&OE and execute the plan, validating and managing exceptions when required.
3. Lead resource allocation, talent management, and capability building across the supply planning team.
4. Deliver measurable value to the business and meet customer expectations through effective supply chain activities.
5. Drive continuous improvement and performance excellence by enhancing supply chain approaches and strategies.
6. Monitor supply chain KPIs, identify gaps, and track progress and value generation.
7. Analyze and improve business processes to create sustainable, repeatable, and quantifiable improvements.
8. Create reports and strategic recommendations for the Head of Supply Chain while maintaining deep customer understanding to deliver value‑adding solutions.
What You'll Bring:
9. Master’s Degree in Supply Chain or relevant by the experience.
10. Extensive experience in similar role in a manufacturing industry.
11. Several years of people management experience.
12. Understanding of supply chain performance metrics and their link to P&L, balance sheet, and working capital.
13. Experience with Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) processes and tools.
14. Project management and change management skills.
15. Experience in data analysis, problem‑solving, and developing solutions.
16. Excellent communication skills, improvement oriented mindset.
