Reconciliation Expert

Your role:
Reporting to the Reconciliation Manager, your role will be:
* Take part in an exciting team of reconciliation experts inside Batopin and be responsible of the reconciliation of the cash present in the ATM's.
* Perform daily and monthly controls on reconciliation activities including cash cycle and payment schemes.
* Assist the Reconciliation Manager in the preparation and presentation of the monthly controls and key figures to the senior management.
* Perform controls on reconciliations, analyses the root causes for differences and report the in an efficient ay.
* Ensure correct follow up of the financial impacts on the BS & P&L.
* Ensure correct financial position of the cash on month end for reporting to external parties.
* Manage the reporting and statistics toward Senior Management.
* Maintain relationships with service providers & contractors, including banking institutions, third parties and accountants.
* Assist Reconciliation Manager and CFO in the development/implementation of management/financial reporting tools in order to support senior management.
What do we expect?
* Have a Bachelor's of Master's degree in Finance.
* Have at least 3 - 5 years of relevant experience in the finance/accounting domain.
* Be fluent in English, good knowledge of French/Dutch is an asset.
* Have good excel skills, experience with PowerBI is a plus.
* Have excellent analytical and presentation skills with the ability to summarize and present financial data in an organized and concise manner.
* Have good communication skills, with an adequate feeling for details.
