Within our Datacenter Facilities business unit, we develop and deliver innovative Prefabricated Modular Datacenters (PMDC), complemented by a SAFE for AI portfolio focused on high-performance AI infrastructure. Due to our continued growth, we are looking for a Sales Administrator & Calculator for this business unit to strengthen our team.
As a Sales Administrator & Calculator, you are a key figure in the commercial presales process of our PMDC solutions. You will provide accurate, timely and structured administrative support to the sales team and you will calculate cost prices and basic configurations according to the internal PMDC methodology. You guarantee that each file is technically correct, financially consistent and administratively complete before it goes to the customer or is transferred to Customer Delivery.
Your areas of responsibility are:
1. Sales administration and process control:
o Follow-up and management of all presales files within the PMDC process
o Structuring customer requirements, technical input and commercial parameters into clear internal documents
o Preparation, checking and finalizing quotations, calculations, price lists and standard configurations
o Creation and accurate maintenance of CRM records
o Monitoring deadlines, deliverables, and internal workflows
o Preparing sales reviews, pre-sales meetings and internal go/no-go moments
2. Calculations & PMDC Configurations:
o Building cost calculations based on BOMs, standard modules and supplier data
o Compiling price estimates, pre-calculations and margins
o Checking consistency between scope, prices and guidelines
o Preparation of comparison tables and scenario calculations
3. Order Follow-up & Transfer to Customer Delivery:
o Registering, checking and administratively validating incoming orders
4. Document Management & Quality:
