Organizational Development Specialist
The role of an Organizational Development Specialist is to drive strategic growth by defining and rolling out organizational strategies, including performance management, leadership development, strategic workforce planning, career development, and succession planning.
This position involves collaborating with senior stakeholders and the HR Relations team to align organizational goals and business objectives with workforce strategies.
* Strategic Planning and Development:
Key responsibilities include managing the recurring workforce planning process cycle in alignment with the company strategic plan, monitoring and analyzing the effectiveness of workforce planning initiatives, and continuously identifying opportunities for improvement.
Additionally, the successful candidate will lead and manage organizational design initiatives, providing expert advice on organizational development best practices and strategies to senior leaders and the HR Relations team.
* Leadership Development:
Design and implement leadership development programs to build management and leadership capabilities, mentor and coach senior leaders to enhance their effectiveness in managing teams and driving results, and support the business in managing performance and fostering a performance-driven culture.
* Career Development and Succession Planning:
Oversight of the implementation of succession planning initiatives to ensure a pipeline of future leaders within the organization, identification of talent gaps, and creation of strategies to fill them.
* Competency & Skills framework linked to Upskilling & Reskilling:
Collaboration with HR and leadership teams to ensure that the competency framework is aligned with TVH's strategic goals and performance expectations, integration of the competency framework into different HR processes, and engagement of employees in capability building through upskilling and reskilling programs based on identified capabilities gaps.
* Global Collaboration:
Working closely with the HR Relations teams and CoEs across regions to ensure alignment in organizational development initiatives and share best practices, ensuring OD strategies are tailored to regional needs while maintaining global consistency.
