Are you eager to kick-start your career in HR and passionate about making a difference behind the scenes? We’re looking for a committed and detail-oriented HR Intern to join our team. In this role, you will be the backbone of our daily HR operations, supporting administrative processes and ensuring our team runs smoothly.

ABOUT THE JOB

FleishmanHillard’s Brussels office is seeking a graduate intern to support the Human Resources team.

What you will do

As an intern in the Human Resources team, you will provide business administration support to the HR Senior Associate overall whilst supporting learning & development programmes and other HR related initiatives.

3. Provide administrative support across all HR tasks, including induction, recruitment and document management
4. Collaborate with the HR team to continuously improve our processes and employee experience
5. Support the training coordination for all office training. This includes:
6. Scheduling, tracking, and follow-up (incl. collecting feedback) for training sessions
7. Managing, updating, and reporting on local training and participant lists
8. Assist with reporting and compliance-related tasks

14. You have excellent interpersonal skills with strong written and oral communication skills in English
15. You have a good working knowledge of MS Office, including Outlook calendar meetings and Excel
