Key Responsibilities:
* Lab Operations & Management:
o Work with tool vendors, external contractors and regulatory agencies to set up new lab for Automated Test Equipment (facilities, tool installation)
o Implement and maintain quality, safety and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
o Manage maintenance, calibration, and upgrades of ATE (probers, probe cards, electronics equipment).
o Run tool diagnostics, lead troubleshooting and coordinate tool vendors interventions as needed.
o Perform hands-on tasks e.g. small repairs of connectors, cables and probe cards.

* Technical Support & Testing:
o Develop and run product files and recipes on TEL 300mm wafer probers
o Develop automation software for new test setups
o Lead, train, and provide technical direction to lab technicians and engineers.
o Manage documentation, test requests, and work instructions.

Who you are:
* You hold a Master's degree in Electrical or Electronics Engineering or related fields, or equivalent hands-on experience
* You have 5+ years of experience in relevant roles
* You speak fluent English
* You are motivated to work on site (in Leuven) and be part of the action
* Hands-on experience of automated wafer probers is a strong plus
* Hands-on experience of rf test equipment and configurations is a strong plus
* Solid understanding of electronic and magnetic devices is a strong plus
