About the Role
Are you an expert in IT support looking for a new challenge? We are seeking a reliable and customer-focused Onsite Deskside Engineer to join our team. This hands-on role provides end-user support at our headquarters and nearby locations.
This includes tasks such as TechBar operations, mobile subscription management, hardware lifecycle support (IMACD), warehouse operations (receiving and shipping hardware), and meeting room AV support. The role also requires participation in an on-call/standby rotation close collaboration with remote support teams.
Main Responsibilities
1. Provide deskside & TechBar Support to users across various locations
2. Manage IMACD processes including Install, Move, Add, Change, Dispose of hardware
3. Oversee Mobile Subscription Management systems to ensure seamless service delivery
4. Promote Asset Receiving & Shipping processes ensuring efficient logistics
5.
