The Logistics Analyst will join our logistics team in Antwerpen and work on a hybrid schedule: three days in the office and two days from home - during the training period, full‑time presence in the office is required.
The main responsibility of the role is to support the outbound logistics process and ensure timely delivery of products to our customers – the key tasks here include:
Scheduling and coordinating shipments:
Preparing orders and collecting required specifications
Verifying product availability
Coordinating shipment preparation with our 3PL warehouse
Organizing transportation
Following up on collection and delivery
Invoicing the delivered orders
Handling delivery‑related complaints
The role will also support inbound logistics (receiving goods into the warehouse) and assist with reporting activities.
Beyond the daily operational monitoring and issue resolution, the position focuses on operational performance, data accuracy, and cost efficiency:
Prepare regular management reports
Ensure data accuracy in SAP
Support budgeting and cost‑saving initiatives
Contribute to new tools, processes, and continuous improvement projects
Identify process bottlenecks and propose improvements in transportation and warehousing
Qualifications:
Higher degree in logistics or equivalent through experience in logistics operations or supply chain
Strong communication skills and ability to work cross‑functionally
Detail‑oriented, problem‑solving mindset
Customer‑oriented approach
Fluent in English; French or other languages are a plus
Strong analytical skills; proficient in Excel
SAP knowledge is an advantage
