* Team Management and Coaching: Lead a team of sales professionals, motivating and coaching them to achieve their objectives and grow further.
* Market Analysis and Innovation: Monitor market developments, identify trends, and anticipate future needs, contributing to the development of innovative services and solutions that meet customer demand.
Requirements:
* A proven track record in a senior commercial role, preferably within a B2G environment.
* Strong network within the Belgian mobility sector that can be leveraged.
* Proactive, innovative, and clear vision for the future of mobility.
* Strategic thinker with hands-on mentality and results-oriented approach.
* Demonstrable experience in leading, motivating, and coaching sales teams.
* Fluent in both Dutch and French.
