In this role, you will contribute to high-impact transformation projects within Private Banking, Wealth and Investments. You will join a leading Belgian bank. The further development of the Private banking & Wealth department is a key priority and will lead to many new and challenging projects.
Tasks
* Plan and coordinate project activities using an agile approach
* Structure and manage the content of projects and support the analysis
* Follow up projects throughout all phases from start to delivery
* Safeguard governance, planning, budget, resources and quality
* Embed projects in end‑to‑end processes and suggest improvements
* Communicate clearly and proactively with all stakeholders
Your Skills
* A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree, ideally in IT, Engineering, Sciences or Business
* First experience as a Project Manager or Scrum Master
* A genuine interest in technology and process improvement
* Comfortable communicating with both technical and non‑technical stakeholders
* Strong communication skills in Dutch, French and English
* A team‑oriented mindset with a natural coaching attitude
