Responsibilities
As Lead .NET Developer, you will take ownership of the technical direction and quality of the platform while contributing directly to development.
* Technical leadership: Guide and mentor a nearshore development team, supporting their growth and ensuring high development standards
* Architecture & design: Translate the product roadmap into a robust and scalable software architecture and further refine the application design
* Quality assurance: Maintain high code quality through code reviews, testing strategies, and clear development standards and best practices
* Full-stack development: Contribute to development across the modern .NET ecosystem, including APIs, backend services, and front‑end development with Blazor, as well as mobile components in a MAUI environment
* Strategic collaboration: Work closely with the Product Owner and analysts to evaluate technical decisions, identify potential risks, and ensure sustainable solutions
Ideal Profile
* Solid experience as a Developer, Senior .NET Engineer, or Technical Lead
* Strong knowledge of the modern .NET stack (including .NET 7+), Blazor, and mobile development frameworks
* Experience with software architecture, application design, and modern development principles
* Experience leading or collaborating with remote or external development teams is considered a plus
* Strong focus on clean code, maintainability, scalability, and performance
* Fluent communication skills in Dutch
