Manage and coordinate all travel arrangements: flight bookings, hotels, ground transportation, visa processes, and on-site agendas.
Handle and maintain the executive's professional calendar: schedule internal and external meetings, manage appointments, and ensure smooth travel logistics.
Provide full administrative and organizational support
Organize meeting logistics and prepare materials (agendas, meeting minutes, documents).
Draft and design professional presentations (PowerPoint).
Support with private matters: assist in organizing personal travel and managing the executive's private agenda.
You have at least 10 years of experience in a similar role, ideally within a fast-paced, international environment
Strong sense of autonomy, proactivity, and discretion is essential
Fluent in French and English; knowledge of a third language is a plus
