Main Responsibilities
* Support recruitment, onboarding, and integration processes for new hires.
* Manage administrative HR tasks, including leave requests, absences, vacations, working hours, and temporary staff.
* Assist in the organization and follow-up of internal training initiatives.
* Manage employee benefits and coordinate medical examinations.
* Prepare and report HR information to Headquarters.
* Participate in talent attraction initiatives, including job fairs and employer branding activities.
* Support the Occupational Health & Safety area and contribute to the general activities of the People & Culture department.

What we are looking for?

* Degree in Human Resources, Labor Relations, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other office software.
