The role sits within the Global Marketplace Insight team, which partners with commercial, marketing, and cross-functional leadership to define strategies and tactics that grow the business and strengthen brand positioning. The team informs strategic priorities and addresses high-stakes business questions through three core pillars: Market Insights Consumer Insights Marketing Advanced Analytics The position supports the Europe Head of Marketplace Insights in conducting bespoke analyses leveraging internal and external data. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Merchandising, E-commerce, and others) as well as external partners to define the insights and research agenda, and to design, manage, and deliver strategic insights. Marketing Science Support the Head of Marketplace Insights in the implementation of marketing measurement frameworks. Partner with the Media team to project-manage advanced marketing analytics initiatives, from design to analysis, working with both internal and external stakeholders. This includes gathering and validating internal data from advanced tech tools Contribute to Marketing Reporting Analyse marketing ROI results and develop compelling storytelling to communicate insights and deliver strategic recommendations that inform marketing investment optimization. Run ad hoc simulations and scenario analyses to support marketing investment forecasting Market & Consumer Insight Lead reporting on market size and share analyses. Support reporting of brand equity metrics across the Europe cluster; deliver country-specific deep dives, tailoring insights to different audiences (Marketing, Merchandising, and others) to guide marketing and assortment strategies. Translate internal and external research into insights, analysing consumer purchasing, shopping, and influence behaviours to define consumer personas and inform business, marketing, and assortment strategies. Monitor industry trends and competitor activities through market and competitive intelligence. Ad Hoc Strategic Analytics Participate in strategic taskforces, representing the Marketplace Insight team by providing market, consumer, and competitive insights. Support the definition of analysis frameworks (market, competition, consumer, product, pricing, distribution, etc.) for strategic business cases. About You Must-Have 3–4 years of relevant experience, ideally in management consulting or a corporate strategy/internal consulting role. Strong strategic and logical thinking skills with problem framing and decomposition capabilities Advanced analytical skills with the ability to gather, manipulate, analyse, and report on disparate or unstructured data sources. Able to apply fundamental statistical techniques to guide analysis and researches (e.G., descriptive statistics such as mean and standard deviation, correlation analysis, significance testing such as t-tests or chi-square, and basic regression) Solid Excel skills (e.G., data gathering, manipulation, model building, pivot tables). Eagerness to learn and apply data visualization and analysis tools. A positive, can-do attitude with the ability to navigate ambiguity and tackle complex business questions. Experience in project management, including defining timelines, setting milestones, and tracking progress. Comfortable working in a multicultural, cross-functional organization. Nice-to-Have Experience with advanced marketing analytics (e.G., MMM, incrementality testing). Experience in market and consumer research (quantitative and qualitative), either agency-side or in-house. Strong analytical storytelling and experience communicating with executive audiences. Familiarity with strategic frameworks (e.G., 4P, 3C, market entry/penetration, product launches). Previous knowledge of data stacks such as Google Could Platform, Big Query, Dataiku, PowerBI This is a hybrid position based in our Brussels office.
