As Senior Finance Business Partner, you will be a trusted adviser to regional senior leadership across France, Belgium and the Netherlands. As Finance Manager, you will lead the Brussels-based finance team responsible for accounting and financial operations across the Belgian and Dutch entities. In-depth knowledge of Belgium and Dutch GAAP is essential.The tasks awaiting you:1. Regional Finance Business PartneringPartner with regional senior leadership to drive financial performance. Provide strategic financial insights, analysis and recommendations to regional senior leaders, including scenario analysis, financial modelling and profitability analysis, to support business objectives and growth targets.Lead the annual budget and forecasting cycle; own cost control oversight across the region and present results clearly to the leadership team.Build and maintain financial dashboards and reports in Power BI and Excel; act as the bridge between local finance and group, ensuring consistent governance and timely head office reporting.2.
