From day one, you are treated as an engineer and not a spectator.What you will be doingAs an Engineering Graduate based in Perwez, you will:Assist in the design and development of engineering projectsCreate technical drawings and specifications using engineering softwareCollaborate with senior engineers and cross-functional teams to implement manufacturing improvement initiativesSupport project management activities including scheduling and resource allocationParticipate in project meetings and document technical decisionsContribute to project reports and performance presentationsPotentially travel across Europe and North America depending on project needsYou will see projects from concept through execution. You will understand how engineering integrates with operations, maintenance and automation.
This is applied engineering at scale.Key Criteria: essential requirementsYou must:Be in your final year of study or have graduated within the last 12 monthsHave no more than 12 months of full-time professional experience (placements and internships do not count)Hold or be on track to achieve a Degree or Master's in:Electrical EngineeringMechanical EngineeringAutomation EngineeringMaintenance EngineeringOr a closely related disciplineBe available to start no later than 30 September 2026
