Customer Trust External Relations (CTXR) ensures global thought-leaders, brands, policymakers, regulators, and media understand how Amazon delivers Earth's safest and most trustworthy shopping experience by (1) building, accelerating and strengthening third-party, influential relationships and partnerships all over the world to address customer trust issues, (2) delivering evidence and telling stories that persuasively demonstrate the reality of the customer-obsessed tools our teams build to protect our customers, brands, and selling partners, (3) serving as a "voice of the customer" for product and tech teams, and (4) partnering with key leading brands to not only solve material pain points, but jointly discuss hot topics and share information on industry trends. This role sits within the International Marketing team based in Luxembourg, reporting into the International Marketing lead while being part of the broader CTXR Marketing and Analytics organization headquartered in Seattle. The position primarily supports and collaborates with the CTXR and Brand Protection International teams to deliver on these objectives.
Key job responsibilities
Create and execute international brand protection marketing campaigns that increase awareness and improve perception of CTXR programs among target audiences
Define target audiences and develop value propositions and messaging frameworks for marketing initiatives
Partner with CTXR International leads, product and business teams to align external communications with reality
Lead end-to-end development of campaigns, including design, copy, positioning, launch, and measurement
Develop and manage international content calendar, ensuring alignment with key regional moments and business priorities
Create and optimize content for international audiences, implementing best practices and regional requirements
Monitor and analyze website performance metrics, providing regular reporting on KPIs and recommendations for improvement
Drive and execute strategies to increase website traffic and engagement across international markets
Establish and maintain internal processes for content development and campaign execution
Build and manage relationships with internal subject matter experts
Basic Qualifications
5+ years in a marketing manager or brand marketing role
Experience with launching external communications programs across languages/marketplace
Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications or related field (or comparable experience)
Strong content and technical writing/editing background
Demonstrated experience in digital content strategy
Experience with SEO optimization and content performance measurement
Ability to manage multiple projects at a time
Fluent in English and at least one other European language (written and verbal)
Preferred Qualifications
Experience managing multilingual/international digital platforms
Proven track record of growing website traffic and engagement through content optimization
Experience with international best practices and regional content adaptation
Strong analytics background with ability to derive actionable insights from data
Experience working as part of a global team with remote colleagues
Previous experience launching external communications for complex projects
Experience working cross-functionally across Sales, Product Management, Marketing, PR, and Research teams
Fluency in or knowledge of additional languages are a plus
