We're Hiring: Contract Engineer – Procurement Excellence
As a Contract Engineer, you will join the Procurement Excellence Team and play a key role in shaping and improving contract frameworks across the organization. You will act as the Legal Single Point of Contact (SPOC) for procurement, ensuring compliance and consistency across all contract templates.
Your Responsibilities
* Improve and update existing contract templates in collaboration with Legal to ensure compliance with evolving regulations (e.g., DORA, ESG)
* Develop new contract templates for missing contract types or specific commodities
* Review and enhance Terms & Conditions (T&Cs) to broaden usability and clarity
* Support Category Managers in complex contract setups and negotiations
* Translate regulatory requirements into clear, practical contractual language
Your Profile
* Master's degree in Law
* Minimum 5 years of experience in contract engineering
* Experience in the financial and/or IT sector is a strong plus
* Strong ability to interpret and translate regulations into contracts
* Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy
* Fluent in English and French or Dutch
