Our client is an international NGO with a powerful mission. They are looking for a versatile Finance & Office Manager to join their Brussels team.Why apply?Join a purpose-driven non-profit organisation active in environmental protection and sustainability, with offices across Europe. Based in Brussels (Schuman), the Belgian team of 45 people is part of a wider international structure. You'll take ownership of local finance operations while contributing to meaningful global initiatives.Finance (±70%)Ensure accurate bookkeeping under BE GAAP and follow up with the external accountantSupport with budgeting, donor allocations, salary bookings, and invoicingProduce monthly reports (P&L, balance sheet, variance analysis) for HQ and assist with audit preparationHelp the CFO with budget consolidation and financial planningMonitor timesheets and financial data via Odoo (migration planned)Office Management (±30%)Manage office supplies, relationships with suppliers, and general adminSupport HR with onboarding and compliance of internal proceduresLiaise with the communication team and external agencies on practical mattersExperience: Minimum 3–5 years in Belgian accounting (BE GAAP); NGO or project-based structure is a plusLanguages: Fluent in French & English (or Dutch & English – French preferred)Qualifications: Bachelor's in finance/accounting; knowledge of Odoo is a strong assetContract: Permanent (CDI), full-time, hybrid working (up to 3 days homeworking/week)Location: Brussels (Schuman), easily accessible by public transportSalary range: Negotiable depending on experienceBenefits:Company carEco vouchers (€250/year)Net allowance (€80/month)Internet allowance (€20/month)Group & hospitalisation insurance (DKV)iPhone + subscriptionTrain subscription Balance Sheet, Billing, Onboarding, Migration, ODOO, Budget Process, Communication, Office Management, Accounting, Accounting, Office supplies, Asset, Consolidation, Finance, Budget, Financial Planning, Income statement, Timesheet, Practicality, Allocations, Accounting, Liasion duties, Financial Data, Monthly reports, Variance Analysis, NGOs, GAAP, Office Management, Audit Preparation
