We are currently looking for a Cash Customer Analyst for one of our clients in the Corporate Banking sector.
Your responsibilities:
Client Support & Analysis
* Handle daily interactions with strategic corporate clients in your portfolio.
* Provide guidance and solutions for Belgian and international accounts on a variety of Cash Management products: payments, reporting, cash pooling, cards, and electronic applications.
* Analyse client data, identify recurring issues, and take proactive actions to solve them.
* Ensure high-quality service and contribute to the continuous improvement of client experience.
Collaboration & Coordination
* Liaise with internal departments both in Belgium and abroad to address client needs.
* Act as a bridge between clients and internal teams to ensure clear communication and efficient problem resolution.
* Keep up to date with products, tools, and industry developments to provide informed advice.
Your profile:
* Bachelor’s or Master’s degree.
* Client-oriented, with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
* Structured, detail-oriented, and quality-minded.
* Excellent communication skills, diplomatic and proactive.
* Able to work independently while collaborating effectively with international teams.
* Proficient in MS Office.
Languages:
* Strong command of French, Dutch, and English, both written and spoken.
