Are you a creative storyteller with a strong understanding of K-pop culture, who enjoys coming up with original ideas and turning trends into engaging, well-executed content?
iPurple is looking for a Social Media Manager who combines creativity with strong execution skills: confident in front of the camera, skilled in editing, and able to transform ideas into high-quality, publish-ready content.
This role requires an intrapreneurial mindset: you take initiative, anticipate needs, and manage content end-to-end, from ideation to publication, with ownership and accountability.
You analyse, create, and publish content to grow our social presence, while aligning closely with iPurple's business priorities, such as launches, promotions, trends, and community engagement.
As part of a small and hands-on team, you will gradually take ownership of our social media channels, from creative ideation to execution and measurable impact, with a strong focus on reliability and business alignment.

What you'll do
Create engaging social media content, including regularly filming yourself, and translating K-pop news, releases, trends, and platform dynamics into timely and relevant posts
Manage the full content workflow from ideation to publication, including planning, production, review cycles, feedback integration, scheduling, and delivery of high-quality final content
Track content performance and use insights to continuously improve reach, engagement, and impact
Engage with the community across social media platforms and activate collaborations with fanbases, influencers, and partners to increase reach
Collaborate closely with the team to align content with business priorities and gradually take ownership of iPurple's social media channels
Support the logistics team during key moments such as major releases, peak sales periods, and special activations
