We are looking for an Internal Communication Specialist to join our Marketing Team in Brussels: This is more than a comms role. It’s a chance to shape our employee experience, foster engagement, and bring clarity and meaning to the messages that matter most — from strategy and culture to leadership and transformation. You will build and roll out our internal communications strategy across countries and business units, ensuring that our people are not just informed, but inspired and aligned. Your role will be to: Strategic messaging & planning Design and implement an internal communications roadmap aligned with HR, leadership, and corporate priorities. Bring our company’s vision, strategy, and leadership voice to life through compelling stories and messages that help employees feel connected, aligned, and empowered. Content creation & channel management Write, edit, and manage content across all internal channels (intranet, newsletters) Produce communications for key moments — CEO messages, leadership announcements, business updates, and more. Craft engaging multimedia content including videos, interviews, infographics, and employee spotlights. Group-level coordination Support local Marketing Managers in distributing corporate messages. Partner with HR, CSR, and other teams as required to support people engagement initiatives (e.g. onboarding, recognition, diversity, events). Engagement & feedback Monitor employee communication effectiveness and engagement levels. Track metrics and report back on internal reach and sentiment. Recommend and test new formats and tools to keep communication fresh and impactful. What we’re looking for: 3-5 years in internal communications, corporate communications, or employee engagement roles. Exceptional writing and storytelling skills — clear, human, and on-brand. Strong editorial judgment and content planning capabilities. Experience in a multinational organisation is a plus. Familiarity with modern communication platforms (SharePoint, Microsoft 365, Mailchimp, etc.). Highly organised and creative. Fluent in English; other languages are a plus.
