1–2 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition (internship experience counts);
Basic familiarity withsourcing tools such as LinkedIn and job boards;
Interest in international hiring and cross-cultural environments;
Excellent communication skills in Portuguese and English (B2+ is mandatory);
Organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable working remotely across time zones;
