About The Role
As a Functional Analyst, you will make an impact by translating business needs into actionable digital solutions across our client's global omnichannel ecosystem. You will be a valued member of the Digital Technology Omnichannel Services team, collaborating closely with business stakeholders, architects, product owners, and engineering teams.
In This Role, You Will
Elicit, analyze, and formalize business requirements.
Translate business needs into functional specs, user stories, and process/data flows.
Collaborate with architects and technical leads.
Support engineering teams during implementation and UAT.
Produce and maintain living documentation including specifications and diagrams.
Serve as the primary contact between business analysts and engineering teams.
Facilitate workshops, backlog refinement, reviews, and cross-team alignment.

Based on this role's business requirements, this is a hybrid position requiring 2-3 days a week in a client or Cognizant office in Brussels. What you need to have to be considered
5–10 years of functional/business analysis experience.
Strong understanding of microservices, web technologies, headless CMS, and omnichannel content operations.
Experience with global or multi-locale CMS.
Strong ability to write epics, features, and user stories.
Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.
Agile or hybrid delivery experience.
Fluent English (spoke and written).
Experience in pharmaceutical/healthcare or other strictly regulated environments.
