Position Summary
You will become an expert in one of our product lines. You will support our Sales Engineers and Clients when it comes to your assigned product line. You will also be an internal trainer for your colleagues, and you will be assisting with new product launches by providing training materials, knowledge sharing and customer trainings. This position is based in Europe.
Responsibilities:
* Supporting clients and sales engineers via email, phone, face-to-face regarding your assigned product line.
* Training colleagues and clients.
* Taking care of technical documentation/translation.
* Traveling up to 30% in European countries we are supporting.
We Require:
* An engineering degree or strong interest in Technology and Technical products.
* A valid driving license.
* Fluent English (Business Proficiency).
* Good problem-solving and communication skills.
* A technical experience is a plus.
* A first experience supporting clients with technical products is a plus.
* Some programming knowledge is a plus (JavaScript, C++, PLC, etc.).
