As our SAS Viya Consultant, you will play a key role in supporting our client’s migration to the cloud. You will take ownership of the full implementation lifecycle, from design to deployment, ensuring that SAS Viya environments are set up in a scalable, secure, and efficient way. Working closely with stakeholders, data teams, and IT, you will help translate complex requirements into robust, future-proof solutions.
Your job
* Support the end-to-end migration of SAS environments to SAS Viya in the cloud.
* Lead and contribute to full SAS Viya implementations & deployment.
* Design, configure, and optimize SAS Viya environments in cloud platforms.
* Ensure seamless integration with existing data platforms and ecosystems.
* Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into solutions.
* Implement best practices around performance, scalability, and security.
* Support testing, validation, and deployment processes.
* Provide guidance and knowledge sharing to internal teams and client stakeholders.
You have
Proven experience with SAS Viya implementations
Hands-on experience with cloud migrations and platform transformations
Experience within pharma or life sciences environments
Strong understanding of data platforms and analytics ecosystems
Experience working with interoperable ecosystems is a strong plus, such as:
* SAS in combination with R
* Databricks
* Snowflake (Data Warehouse)
You are comfortable working in complex, regulated environments
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to translate business needs into technical solutions
Experience working in collaborative, cross-functional teams
