We seek talented individuals with 0-2 years of working experience or those passionate about exploring a new career direction. As a trainee at Zurich Insurance Benelux, you will:

Requirements:
4. Fluency in Dutch and English (non-negotiable).
5. Residing in the Netherlands or Belgium (non-negotiable).
6. Young professionals with 0-2 years of work experience or those seeking a career change.

Program Highlights:
9. Three separate rotation periods across Belgium and the Netherlands (BeNe), offering a comprehensive understanding of Commercial Insurance.
10. A 16-month immersive program in various lines of business across BeNe.
11. On-the-job mentoring and coaching.
12. Opportunities to explore and develop your skills and talents.
