Why This Role Matters
As a Regional Leadership Facilitator, you will play a pivotal role in translating Goodyear's global leadership development strategy into impactful regional programs. By facilitating sessions and team interventions for early- to mid-career audiences, you will help develop leaders who can thrive through change, drive performance, and strengthen the company's leadership pipeline across EMEA.
What You'll Do
* Facilitate engaging leadership programs (OnRamp, Pivotal Moments, PDP, and High-Performing Team workshops) for early- to mid-career audiences
* Deliver programs across virtual, hybrid, and in-person formats, ensuring inclusive and engaging learning experiences
* Build trusted partnerships with HR Business Partners and regional leaders to drive program adoption
* Capture and share insights from participants and stakeholders to inform continuous improvement
* Support program execution, including scheduling, logistics, LMS tracking, and feedback collection
* Promote the visibility of the Global Center of Excellence by sharing success stories and maintaining high facilitation standards
* Contribute to program design and content updates, integrating regional feedback and learner needs
What You'll Bring
Basic Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree (preferably in a related field)
* 5+ years of facilitation experience in leadership or professional development at regional or global level
* Facilitate across virtual, hybrid and in-person formats and engage diverse audiences from early-career professionals to mid-level managers
* Excellent command of written and spoken English
* Willingness to travel 20–30% of the time
Preferred Qualifications
* Professional certifications (e.g. Korn Ferry, MBTI, DiSC)
* Experience with 360 feedback or psychometric assessments
* Experience in learning/program design and content development
