Our mission is to revolutionize the physical payments landscape (card-present payments). We focus on building a payment product that businesses love and that SaaS providers embrace as a core part of their offering. Our initial focus is on POS/SaaS systems serving bars, restaurants, and cafés in Belgium.


We strongly believe in the power of collaboration and are looking for an entrepreneurial Account Executive to lead our go-to-market strategy in Belgium. This role involves building and managing a network of independent software vendors (ISVs) and other strategic partners.


About the Role

As a Full-Cycle Account Executive at Klearly, you are end-to-end responsible for the commercial process: from actively generating leads to closing deals. You independently identify new market opportunities, approach prospects, conduct sales conversations, and convert them into long-term customer relationships.

In this role, you will have a direct impact on Klearly’s growth within the Belgian hospitality sector and take full ownership of your entire sales funnel.


Responsibilities

* Actively generate new leads through outbound activities (in-person visits, calling, emailing)
* Manage the full sales cycle: from first contact and discovery to negotiation and closing
* Present and demo Klearly’s payment solutions to hospitality business owners
* Independently build and grow a healthy sales pipeline
* Identify market trends and commercial opportunities within the hospitality sector
* Translate customer feedback into insights for product and proposition improvements
* Accurately track sales activities and forecasts in the CRM system


Requirements

* Fluent in Dutch (English is a plus)
* At least 2–3 years of experience in a commercial role with full-cycle sales responsibility
* Proactive self-starter with a strong results-driven mindset
* Proven experience with lead generation and closing deals
* Experience in the hospitality industry is a plus
* Strong communication and negotiation skills
* Comfortable working in a fast-growing and dynamic environment
