Your Mission as Senior Manager
This is more than a job - it's a leadership opportunity. You will develop your own business unit, lead a team of Business Managers and consultants, and be a key player in ALTEN Belgium’s continued expansion.
You’ll work closely with the Division Director and have the autonomy to drive results, create opportunities, and build a real legacy in the Belgian market.

What You Bring
You’re not just looking for a job—you want to lead, grow, and make an impact.
* 8+ years’ experience in key account management, sales, or business development (ideally in consulting or engineering)
* Deep understanding of the engineering or tech services landscape (e.g., aerospace, defence, financial services)
* Fluent in English (French or Dutch a big plus)
* A natural leader and coach who loves developing others
* Strong business acumen, analytical thinking, and entrepreneurial mindset
* You love challenges, thrive in fast-paced environments, and never stop learning
