You'll have the freedom to take ownership, bring structure, and improve payroll processes in an environment where your expertise truly matters.ResponsibilitiesManaging Belgian payroll for approximately 200 employees, in compliance with local legislation (tax, social security, and labor laws)Reviewing and validating payroll calculations and reportsHandling administrative tasks related to employee files (social documents, career breaks, etc.)Acting as the first point of contact for all payroll-related questionsCollaborating closely with HR and Finance (for reporting, budgeting, audits) to ensure smooth operationsProactively optimizing payroll processes and documentationCoordinating monthly payroll for international entities (ranging from 1 to 10 employees per entity) in collaboration with local payroll providers Profile Minimum of 3 years of relevant payroll experience, ideally with knowledge of Belgian legislation.
