In this role, you will play a key part in further developing the Controlling department and supporting strategic decision-making across the organization.You will work closely with internal stakeholders, local Business Controllers, and accounting teams, while reporting directly to the Group Head of Controlling.Continuous improvement, process optimization, and automation are core elements of this assignment.Key ResponsibilitiesData collection & validation Collect financial and operational data from multiple sources and ensure data quality, accuracy, and reliability.Reporting & analysis Design, build, and maintain new management reports in close collaboration with the business, focusing on key KPIs to steer and monitor activities.Process efficiency & harmonization Improve, streamline, and harmonize Controlling processes across different markets and entities.Project involvement Actively participate in finance-related and cross-functional projects.Profile & ExperienceMinimum 10 years of experience in finance (e.G. audit or consultancy), including at least 3 years in a controlling roleExperience in the automotive industry is a strong plusStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsAbility to anticipate and coordinate change within complex organizationsProactive, hands-on, and results-drivenExcellent communication skills, able to interact with a wide range of stakeholdersStrong organizational and time-management skills, comfortable with multitaskingProfessional working proficiency in Dutch and French (French is essential)Technical Skills (Must-Have – Advanced Level)JedoxPower BIOffice 365SAP S/4HANAAzure (Venice / data platform environment)Nice to HaveKnowledge of or experience within the automotive sector
