Key Responsibilities
* Coordinate demand & supply planning across assigned brands and markets
* Generate statistical forecasts using planning tools
* Collaborate with Sales and Marketing to enrich forecasts with market insights
* Lead Demand/Supply Review Meetings and drive consensus on forecast plans
* Monitor forecast accuracy and bias, and implement corrective actions
* Align demand plans with supply planning and MRP teams to ensure timely product availability
* Analyze actuals vs. forecasts and initiate improvement actions
* Identify and implement process enhancements in planning systems
Profiel
Ideal Candidate Profile
* Bachelor's or Master's degree with at least 3 years of experience in demand and/or supply planning
* Experience in FMCG or commercial environments
* Strong analytical skills and comfort with large data sets
* Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
* Detail-oriented with strategic thinking capabilities
* Proactive, flexible, and resilient under changing conditions
* Fluent in Dutch and English
