As a Senior Project Manager, you will lead complex engineering projects within the pharmaceutical industry, ensuring successful delivery from concept to completion. You will manage multidisciplinary teams, oversee budgets and timelines, and act as the primary interface between stakeholders and technical teams. Your role will involve strategic planning, risk management, and driving operational excellence in compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
The Role & Responsibilities
Reporting to the Program Director and collaborating with cross-functional teams, your responsibilities will include:
* Leading large-scale engineering projects in a GMP-regulated environment
* Defining project scope, objectives, and deliverables aligned with business goals
* Managing budgets, schedules, and resources to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery
* Coordinating internal teams and external vendors, ensuring clear communication and accountability
* Implementing risk management strategies and resolving technical challenges
* Ensuring compliance with pharmaceutical regulations and quality standards
* Preparing and presenting progress reports to senior stakeholders
* Driving continuous improvement and operational efficiency across projects.

Skills & Qualifications
* You hold a Master’s degree in Engineering or related field
* You have at least 10 to 15 years of experience in project management within the pharmaceutical or life sciences sector ideally
* Proven track record of delivering complex engineering projects in GMP environments
* Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (PMI, Prince2, or equivalent)
* Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
* Proficiency in project management tools (MS Project, SAP, or similar)
* Fluent in both English and French
