Your Impact
As an IAM architect, you are responsible for mapping out our client's identity and access management requirements and translating these into IAM solutions. You will work out the architecture and design yourself and be the technical lead and architect for our customer's IAM project. At Ordina, we always try to offer a solution to our customers as a team, so you will work together with other IAM consultants within our team to implement the developed solution at our customer's site until it is completely ready. In this way, you contribute to ensuring that all data and information processed in our client's business processes are secure and controlled.
You continuously educate yourself and follow the market trends within identity and access management to constantly be "Ahead of Change". You will mentor our more junior team members and pass on your knowledge within our team. You will occasionally visit a potential customer to present our capabilities and see if we can provide an appropriate solution for this organization. You are eager to help build the Security & Privacy business unit, especially with regard to identity and access management. You also promote cybersecurity and safe online working because you find it socially important.
Where you're going to get started
Our security team is the real expert in this field: a young, driven team of specialists coached by a guru. This team assists our clients with security audits, GDPR compliance, ethical hacking, red teaming, security strategy, cyber security incident response, etc. We place great importance on continuous training and obtaining relevant certifications such as CSX, OWASP, CISSP, CSSLP, CISA and CISM. This is a sine qua non.
This is you
You recognize yourself in the following technical skills
• You have proven experience with one or preferably several IAM technologies such as Omada, Sailpoint, Cyberark, Microsoft, Ping identity, One Identity, Itsme, ...
• You have experience with concepts such as CIAM, Identity Governance, Privileged Access Management or Enterprise SSO
• You have technical knowledge of authentication protocols such as oAuth, OpenIDConnect or SAML
• You succeed in rolling out the appropriate IAM solution to our customer in a structured and efficient way
You have the following soft skills
• Your good communication skills ensure that you can convince all stakeholders involved such as the IT teams and IT security managers and business representatives
• You know how to take action and can therefore support less experienced consultants or launch new solutions
• You are a team player who plays a constructive and decisive role in the customer's team
• You speak and write English fluently and also Dutch or French
• You understand that the customer comes first and act accordingly
• You are flexible regarding tasks and assignments, like a new challenge and feel at home in a rapidly changing environment
