Your tasks as Senior Engineer (m/f/d) Rolling Bearing Technology:
* Technical lead in driving innovations in roller bearing technology for wind turbine powertrains as well as in the development of in-house design guidelines and calculation tools
* Collaboration in research projects together with internal and external experts about the development and validation of new roller bearing technologies
* Consult product development teams with regard to bearing selection and integration
* Advanced bearing analysis
* Define technical requirements towards suppliers and act as technical point of contact
* Knowledge sharing and training
Your profile as Senior Engineer (m/f/d) Rolling Bearing Technology:
* Master's degree in mechanical engineering or comparable
* Several years of work experience in roller bearing technology development and application engineering, preferable related to wind turbine powertrain application (rotor bearings, gearbox bearings, generator bearings)
* Experience in advanced bearing analysis and rating
* Expertise in tribology and materials
* Capabilities in FEA analysis are a plus
* Strong communication skills, ability to work in a team
* Fluent English language skills, Dutch and German language skills are a plus
