We are seeking an experienced
Team Lead
to lead and develop a cross-functional software development team working. This role is primarily focused on
people management, technical leadership, and business alignment
, and some hands-on coding.
You will act as a key bridge between the development team and the business, ensuring technical solutions align with business priorities, timelines, and quality standards. While hands-on development is minimal, a strong technical background is essential to guide architectural decisions, mentor team members, and challenge solutions where needed.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead, mentor, and manage a team of software developers, fostering a collaborative, high-performance environment
* Provide technical leadership and oversight for solutions built with
C#.NET and Angular
, ensuring quality, scalability, and best practices.
* Act as the primary interface between the development team and business stakeholders
* Participate in business and planning meetings to gather, clarify, and translate business needs into technical objectives
* Monitor delivery progress, risks, and dependencies to ensure alignment with priorities and timelines
* Promote efficient development processes and continuous improvement across the team
Qualifications
* Bachelor's/Master's degree in Computer science or any related studies
* Strong professional background in C#.NET and Angular,
with the ability to evaluate and guide technical solutions
* Proven experience in a Team Lead, Engineering Manager, or similar leadership role
* Solid understanding of modern software development practices and architectures
* Experience working closely with business stakeholders and translating business needs into technical outcomes
* Strong communication skills in a multi-stakeholder environment.
* Dutch and English speaking.
* Exposure to Agile/Scrum methodologies
* Experience with cloud platforms, DevOps practices, or CI/CD pipelines
* Experience coaching or mentoring developers at different seniority levels
