Serve as primary contact for operational inquiries, providing timely updates to customers and internal teams.-
Monitor daily open orders and backorders, proactively identifying potential shortages and proposing alternatives.-
Coordinate and track shipments, working closely with warehouse and transport teams to ensure on-time delivery.-
Manage operational complaints related to transport, packaging, or preparation issues, ensuring resolution and continuous improvement.-
Support logistics and operations reporting, tenders, and contract preparation.-
Participate in IT and process improvement projects to optimize customer service and operational efficiency.
Jouw profiel

Minimum of 5 years' experience in logistics, operations, or customer-facing roles within supply chain or commercial environments.-
Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to proactively manage operational challenges and find practical solutions.-
Excellent communication and coordination skills, able to work confidently with internal teams, warehouse, transport partners, and customers at all levels.-
Detail-oriented, responsible, and reliable, with a focus on ensuring smooth operations and timely delivery.-
Proficient in English, Dutch, and French.
