For a major Pharma client we're looking for a Cyber Security Engineer, a role that is embedded in a highly regulated industrial environment where IT and OT infrastructures converge. You will take full ownership of the site's cyber security posture, combining hands-on technical execution with coordination between site teams and corporate cyber security stakeholders. The focus is on operational security, infrastructure hardening, remediation, and continuous compliance across Windows-based IT and OT systems.
Key Responsibilities
* Own and maintain cyber security KPIs and compliance status for IT and OT environments
* Execute remediation actions and emergency security tasks in collaboration with site and corporate teams
* Act as the primary liaison between site operations and central digital and cyber security functions
* Plan, define, and drive security improvement initiatives, ensuring follow-up and delivery
* Ensure patching, antivirus, hardening, and monitoring controls are consistently applied and up to date
* Collaborate with automation teams to resolve errors and warnings within OT and automation networks
* Identify and execute Active Directory remediation actions based on monitoring and security tooling
What are we looking for?
* You have strong hands-on experience with
Microsoft operating systems
(Windows 7, Windows 10, Windows Server 2016/2019/2022)
* You possess solid knowledge of
Active Directory

remote administration

client–server architectures
* You have a good understanding of
network fundamentals

TCP/IP
and enterprise infrastructure concepts
* You have practical experience with
cyber security tools and controls

* You are comfortable working independently, take full
