Unox, a market leader in the production of high-end ovens and certified Great Place to Work® in Europe for the seventh consecutive year, is looking for a Service Technician to join the Unox Service team.
This position will be responsible for installing and maintaining Unox equipment at our customers' sites in Belgium.
Main Responsibilities:
* Provide service and support to customers during on-site visits or when travelling across Belgium.
* Oversee all aspects related to on-site installation, repairs, maintenance, and functional testing of Unox equipment.
* Diagnose technical issues and identify the most appropriate solutions.
* Train customers on the proper use of Unox equipment.
* Prepare detailed and comprehensive service reports after each intervention.
Qualifications:
* Proficiency in English is an asset.
* Strong problem-solving and diagnostic skills.
* Ability to work under pressure and respond positively to challenges.
* Minimum of 2 years of experience in the electromechanical field.
* Willingness to travel around Belgium (up to 80% of the time).
