Within our IT Front & Packages department, dedicated to developing and maintaining our web applications and third-party applications, we are seeking a Data Analyst-Developer. This role is pivotal in creating IT Data & BI solutions that align with our business objectives. You will ensure the availability, performance, and evolution of key business applications that support both operational and strategic needs, maximizing the use of our data assets.

Your responsibilities
* Acting as a key liaison between business and data teams, coordinating BI initiatives, implementing data warehousing and delivering data solutions aligned with business needs.
* Performing data extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL) processes using tools such as SQL, Python, and ETL frameworks.
* Developing and maintaining dashboards, reports, and visualizations using BI tools like Power BI.
* Coordinating workstreams within the data team to ensure alignment with business priorities, without holding direct line management responsibility.
* Coaching and supporting team members in their technical development, fostering knowledge-sharing and high-quality delivery.
* Ensuring data integrity, quality, and security across all data platforms.
* Conducting data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and insights that drive business decisions.
* Participating in data & BI documentation (implement and manage tools supporting the documentation and contribute to the content along with other team members).
* Implementing and managing tools that will improve data security and governance.
Your profile
* You hold a bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Data Science, a related field, or possess equivalent experience.
* You have strong collaboration and coordination skills, with experience working in cross-functional teams.
* Natural influencer, able to raise the overall capability of the team while remaining hands-on in development.
* You can mentor and support peers in technical skills and solution design.
* You have a good experience with BI tools such as Power BI.
* You have proven experience with programming languages such as Python, PySpark and SQL.
* You have proven experience as a Data Analyst, BI Developer, or similar role.
* You are familiar with cloud technologies such as AWS Glue, Redshift.
* You are fluent in English and French or Dutch, with a good command of the other national language.
* You can learn quickly and adapt in a dynamic environment.
* You have an analytical mindset and are solution-oriented.
* You are proactive and can communicate effectively with various stakeholders.
* You value teamwork and can work both on-site and remotely, including with offshore developers.
