They are not only a technology developerbut also a technology user (production company). This makes them astrong innovation partner for clients in the industrial, medicaland dental sector. With this technology, theybuild up material in layers using a high intensity laser until itbecomes a solid product. Unlike conventional production techniques,this one does not render any material loss, nor does it require anytooling. It does however, enable the designers to manufacture verycomplex geometries which are not producible using the traditionaltechniques. Function descriptionAs Customer Service Representative, you playan important role in ensuring customer satisfactionand maintaining strong relationships with ourcustomers. You are not only responsible foraddressing customer inquiries, resolving issues, and providingexceptional support to enhance customer experience but also forend-to-end order processing and fulfillment. Your attention todetail, ability to communicate effectively, problem-solve, andexceed customer expectations will be essential in thisrole. TASKS & RESPONSIBILITIES Receive and review customer orders, ensuringaccuracy, completeness, and adherence to companypolicies andprocedures. Enter customerorders into different systems accurately and in atimely manner. Provide top-notchcustomer support via various channels(phone, email) to address inquiries,product issues, and concernspromptly and professionally. Proactivelyfollow up with customers to ensure their issues have been resolvedto their satisfactionand inquire about any additional needs theymay have. Collaborate with otherdepartments such as Sales, Operations, and QualityAssurance to addresscustomer concerns and ensure a seamlesscustomer experience. Gather valuable customerfeedback and insights to help improve products, services, andoverallcustomer satisfaction. Adhere to ISO13485 – EN9100 and the Quality Management System’s standardoperatingprocedures and work instructions. Ifneeded, support other departments. Job requirementsMinimum bachelor diploma. Firstexperience in a customer service or after-sales role.Ability to work independently and as part of ateam. Willing to work in a fast paced workingenvironment with flexible work times if needed.Excellent communication skills, both written andverbal. Empathetic and customer-centricapproach. Excellent knowledge of English,knowledge of French is a plus. Strong officecomputer and software skills (MS Excel, MS Word, Outlook, CRM; Knowledge of Oracle is aplus).
