Process accurate and timely monthly payroll for approximately 1,000 employees.

Manage administrative tasks related to hires, exits, contract amendments, and personnel lifecycle events.

Respond to employee questions regarding compensation, social documents, and socio-legal topics.

Maintain complete and compliant employee files and ensure data accuracy.
*
Contribute to annual payroll cost budgeting, reporting, and optimization of internal HR procedures.

Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
*
Required experience in payroll or personnel administration within a social secretariat or internal HR department.
*
Strong knowledge of Belgian payroll processes, social legislation, and contract types.
*
Fluent in French or Dutch with operational knowledge of the other language; language skills may be evaluated.
