Job Summary
The purpose of this job is to act as PL Design Engineer in the design and development of engineering projects for release to production in a manner to ensure products provide superior performance, durability, quality and serviceability.
Key Responsibilities
* A position is one of several professional staff engineers reporting to an Engineering Manager Product.
* Conceives and provides practical product design applications using complex technical principles. The emphasis of this position is on creating concepts and directing the design and development of engineering projects.
* Prepares concept, design, development, and feasibility studies of complex engineering projects.
* Prepares development plans and is responsible for meeting scheduled dates.
* Conducts technical evaluation of major systems on competitive products.
* Coordinates product tests on current and prototype build designs.
Experience And Qualifications
* Education: Mechanical Engineering or Mechatronic Engineering Degree.
* At least 2 years of previous experience in product development.
* Desirable knowledge of agricultural products in particular planters.
* GD&T, DFMEA 4th, DVP&R, CREO/PROE.
* Advanced English (The professional will collaborate closely with the team based in the United States).
