About the role
* You take responsibility for a functional workstream in global transformation projects, focusing on FMCG projects when possible, and track the deliverables and milestones of the workstream.
* You leverage your expertise and deep understanding of FMCG business complexities to provide tailored consultancy support, ensuring a successful planning transformation.
* You prepare and host client workshops to identify needs and challenges related to planning and the broader supply chain.
* You gather necessary information, considering the big picture, and ensure stakeholder involvement and alignment.
* You contribute to strategic supply chain-wide transformations that drive growth, reduce costs, and foster innovation.
* You co-create and design the playbook with the client, developing documents for new processes and organizational structures.
* You guide the implementation process to ensure smooth and structured execution.
* You participate in implementing changes alongside the client to realize the transformation.
* You are responsible for following up on your workstream to ensure client satisfaction.
* You are open to travel.
* You assume a coaching role, guiding your customer towards their goals.
* You facilitate change and support improvements.
About you
* You have extensive planning experience in FMCG companies, understanding the challenges and complexities of demand and supply planning in fast-moving consumer goods.
* You possess valuable insights into the dynamic, event-driven nature of FMCG, requiring efficient S&OP processes and technology-enabled solutions, making you a trusted advisor in complex planning transformations.
* You hold a master’s degree in engineering or economics; an MBA is a plus.
* You have 4-8 years of experience in supply chain and operations, including at least 2 years in consulting or project management.
* You have planning activities experience.
* You are a team player committed to delivering transformation, growth, cost reduction, and innovation.
* You enjoy delivering strategic insights and helping others grow.

* You are willing to travel globally and work in a hybrid model.
* You have or will obtain a valid driver’s license within six months.
