We are exclusively supporting an international leader in credit insurance and risk management in the search for a 𝗦𝗲𝗻𝗶𝗼𝗿 𝗔𝗰𝗰𝗼𝘂𝗻𝘁 𝗠𝗮𝗻𝗮𝗴𝗲𝗿 𝗕𝗿𝗼𝗸𝗲𝗿 to strengthen its Belgian broker channel.
This opportunity is ideal for someone who enjoys managing strategic relationships, working closely with brokers, handling complex financial solutions and developing a high-value client portfolio.
𝗧𝗵𝗲 𝗿𝗼𝗹𝗲
You will manage and develop a portfolio of broker-driven clients, including mid-sized and corporate accounts.
Your mission will be to strengthen broker relationships, ensure a high level of service, respond efficiently to pricing requests, tenders and renewals, and identify opportunities to grow existing accounts.
Depending on your background, you may also be involved in more complex corporate or international programs.
This is a senior Account Management role with real ownership, commercial impact and exposure to a strong international environment.
𝗪𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝘆𝗼𝘂 𝘄𝗶𝗹𝗹 𝗱𝗼
• Manage your own broker portfolio with autonomy
• Build strong relationships with brokers, clients and decision-makers
• Prepare tailored solutions, quotations and pricing structures
• Lead renewals, negotiations and contractual discussions
• Follow up on tenders and broker requests with speed and accuracy
• Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities within existing accounts
• Work closely with underwriting, risk and back-office teams
• Contribute to strategic projects and process improvements
𝗪𝗵𝗼 𝘄𝗲 𝗮𝗿𝗲 𝗹𝗼𝗼𝗸𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗳𝗼𝗿
We are looking for an experienced Account Manager with a strong commercial mindset and solid exposure to financial services.
Experience in credit insurance is a strong advantage. Profiles coming from banking, insurance, factoring, bonding, brokerage or corporate financial services can also be highly relevant.
You bring:
• 5+ years of experience in a client-facing credit insurance commercial role
• Strong negotiation and relationship management skills
• Experience working with brokers, corporate clients or financial decision-makers
• A structured, autonomous and solution-oriented approach
• Fluent Dutch is a must
• French is a strong plus
