To strengthen our team, we are currently looking to recruit an experienced Manager in Employment Tax (experience in Payroll incentives, equity, or broader rewards is an asset).
Responsibilities include:
1. You are responsible for a variety of client assignments and projects, often providing expertise in a multidisciplinary environment (wage withholding tax exemption, social security reduction, tax ruling, tax claim, broader consultancy, advisory, or project management).
2. You are part of a client service team dedicated to delivering integrated, multidisciplinary HR & Reward solutions to both large multinational and local clients.
3. You plan and execute projects according to client specifications, contract agreements, program schedules, and Deloitte’s quality standards and client service mindset.
4. You serve as the first point of contact for clients, the Deloitte network, and the project team.
5. You provide accurate resource forecasts and early visibility of potential risks, along with mitigation actions.
6. With our client lead, you take ownership of all project aspects throughout the entire lifecycle, including procurement, contractual and commercial matters, client relationships, quality assurance, and stakeholder management.
7. Where relevant, you manage collaboration between Deloitte’s Technology Solution teams and the client.
8. You contribute to business development activities, including planning and executing targeted actions and eminence programs (seminars, brochures, articles, roadshows, etc.).
9. You develop high-performing teams through challenging and meaningful opportunities.

2. You are client-oriented.
3. You have relevant experience (minimum of 6 to 8 years) in employment tax, social security, and/or rewards matters, either as a (tax) consultant, lawyer, or adviser within a payroll agency. Project management experience in payroll-related matters and technology is an asset.
4. You have an open, creative, entrepreneurial, enthusiastic, and flexible mindset.
5. You communicate fluently in French and English, with good knowledge of Dutch.

8. You are accustomed to working in challenging environments and are stress-resistant.
