Increase your chances of reaching the interview stage by reading the complete job description and applying promptly.Brussels (2–3 days per week)€80,000 – €85,000 + benefits (open to negotiation depending on experience)OverviewWe are seeking an experienced Contract Manager to join a dynamic legal and commercial team supporting complex technology and transformation projects.This role sits at the intersection of legal, commercial, and delivery, ensuring that client contracts are well-structured, effectively managed, and aligned with operational reality throughout their lifecycle.Key ResponsibilitiesSupport new business opportunities by contributing to contract structuring, risk assessment, and negotiationsManage contracts throughout their lifecycle, from mobilisation through to delivery and close-outIdentify and mitigate legal, commercial, and operational risks within client engagementsDraft, review, and negotiate a wide range of agreements, including:-Master Services Agreements (MSAs)-SaaS and outsourcing agreements-Statements of Work (SoWs)-Amendments and change ordersAct as a key advisor to sales, delivery, and leadership teams on contractual mattersSupport contract governance, ensuring compliance with agreed terms and internal policiesManage contract changes and ensure all variations are properly documented and agreedBuild strong relationships with internal stakeholders and clientsSkills & ExperienceQualified lawyer or relevant legal/commercial backgroundMinimum 3+ years' experience managing or negotiating IT / technology contractsStrong experience drafting and negotiating complex commercial agreementsGood understanding of contract risk in a delivery environmentAbility to work independently and manage multiple prioritiesExcellent communication and stakeholder management skillsFluent in EnglishFluency in Flemish (Dutch) is a strict requirement. xjsrcvq Candidates who do not meet this criterion cannot be considered due to the nature of the client base.French is a plusWhat's on OfferOpportunity to work on large-scale, complex projects across technology and public sector environmentsCollaborative, international team with strong exposure to senior stakeholdersOngoing learning and development opportunitiesFlexible working model (2–3 days per week in Brussels)Competitive salary and benefits, with flexibility depending on experienceIf you're interested in finding out more, contact Abigail Bailey at
